What I learned today was that kiddie movies will be enjoyable once I find a kiddie movie that’s enjoyable. I went to my first movie today called “Alvin and the Chipmunks 3: The Squeakuel”. It put me to sleep. It had a see through plot, flimsy writing and somewhat unbelievable special effects, rendering the entire piece as a one-dimensional exercise in marketing trickery. But then again, this was just my first movie, so what do I know.
