What I learned today is that we have another room in the house, and in that room is a big bed that's double my size, and that it has bars on each side, and it's got teddy bears and a machine that makes the sound of an ocean rushing in.
I also learned that it's not for show. It's for me. And it's where I'll be sleeping at night for now.
This means I'm not a little child any more.
I'm a little boy.
And I have my very own stake in the ground.
